If all external commands are OK, TexPoint is fully functional. In case a
'FAILED' is shown, install the indicated software and/or check the
global (on Mac: the bash) path configuration. Please also check the
manual for details.

When I try to embed a LaTeX equation into a PowerPoint slide (TexPoint
-> New LaTeX Equation of New LaTeX Display) I get the following error
message

The exit code of command was 259

pstoedit.exe then hangs, taking all available cpu cycles (I have to kill
the process via the windows Task Manager). What am I missing?

Thank you in advance for your help and attention in this matter.

Best regards,

Rich
