[texpoint-users] Shell Command Failed

Hi,

 Could you give us a few more details? E.g. the content of the information pane in the configuration dialog.

What I can say now is, that it looks similar to a problem another user reported:

Unfortunately my 2nd answer did not not make it there (?):
"The problem is ghostscript: It seems that the newest version 8.56 does not work with pstoedit.
Please downgrade to 8.54 for now. We try to fix pstoedit."
