 I am not sure what the problem is with the installer, but it seems that the
installation has worked. 

 The problem you are having with ghostscript is that you have set the PATH
wrong. I see 
" C:\Program Files\gs\gs8.53\bin\gswin32c" in your PATH. You should leave
out the "gswin32c" part, unless you have a very strange configuration.
