[texpoint-users] texpoint help needed

Hello,
      I am new to using texpoint and I need some help.
I am trying to use \oiint to get the surface integral symbol, but texpoint
pops up a window saying that it doesnt recognise this macro and then an
error box.
Also there seems to be some problem with my installation of texpoint. I have
uni-installed and installed it a couple of times but it doesnt help.
