[texpoint-users] Can't change Texpoint displays

Hi,

I'm using the latest version of Texpoint for Powerpoint 2003. Creating LaTeX displays works fine, but when I try to change anything and click on "Make display" I get the following error message:

The generation of the external bitmap succeeded, but could not be
imported to PowerPoint. Please try to reduce the resolution or change
the format.

OK
---------------------------

Changing the resolution or the format doesn't help. What's the cause of this?
