[texpoint-users] Trouble with gswin32c

I'm using Texpoint for Office 2007.   My PhD student and I have spent a 
lot of time on this but simply can't figure out how to get rid of the 
below error.

C:\Documents and Settings\andrewsjg\Desktop>gswin32c -q -dNOPAUSE

'gswin32c' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

 From the Configure/Info area I can see that my path is set correctly:

And indeed, gswin32c.exe resides there at C:\Program Files\gs\gs8.63\bin.

However, from a command prompt "gswin32c -version" also gives an error.

Desperate for any advice!
