[texpoint-users] Cannot configure texpoint

Hi all,

I suspect it is an obvious solution, but after a few hours of looking FAQs, lists and experimenting, I decided is time to post. Somehow Texpoint cannot find any of the externals. I have entered them explicitly, I have verified in the shell (and they work there) to no avail. It keeps getting
me the access denied message.

The only perhaps unexpected part is that I am running it in Office 07 on Windows under VMWARE Fusion on Mac. I have nonetheless succeeded with Office 03 in the past in the same config, so ....

Your comments would be appreciated.

Mihai

If all external commands are OK, TexPoint is fully functional. In case a 'FAILED' is shown, some features will not work. You may want to install the indicated software and/or check the global (on Mac: the bash) path configuration. Please also check the manual for details.
