Hi,

 We are working on a version for Office 2010 64-bit, but have no release
date yet.
TexPoint works with the 32-bit versions of Office 2010 (2007, 2003, 2011
[Mac]) - independent on the versions of Windows (32 or 64-bit: XP,
Vista, 7) or Mac OS X.
