Unlicensed/trial copies of TexPoint do not show all commands in the
Ribbon (they "disappear" once the license state is established), see

I just installed TexPoint 3.3.1 in Office
2010, and have noticed one minor oddity. Sometimes (not
always), after I insert a new equation in a PPT slide, the
texPoint Ribbon item loses all of its contents except the
“General” items (About, Help, Show Symbols, Register and
Configure). To reuse the ribbon to enter a new equation, I
then have to stop and restart PPT. During all of this, I can
still use the menu, so it’s not that big a deal, but it seemed
worth reporting.
