Hi,

I am trying to record my license for TexPoint. I have my license keyphrase, which I've carefully copy/pasted into the License field (with no extra spaces), using the ctrl-X button. I then try to click the "record license" button, but nothing happens, except that the cursor disappears from the license text box. As far as I can tell, TexPoint can find all of the necessary applications:

TexPoint Configuration Information

Version: 2.8.1 (Mac) (March 10, 2006)
Licensing: - Licensed to matthews AT galois DOT com
running as AddIn: TexPoint.ppa

If all paths are set, TexPoint is fully functional. In case an '<unknown>' is displayed, install the indicated software and/or check the bash path configuration in the appropriate 'profile' file.***** Looking for latex (latex)

Also, I successfully used the "copy to clipboard" button to retrieve this information (it turned blue when I pressed it). However, the "Record License" button is already blue, and clicking on it has no effect. I am running Mac OS X 10.4.5 on a 1.5 GHz PowerPC G4, running PowerPoint 2004 for Macintosh, version 11.2 (050714). One thing I just noticed as the the TexPoint information log above mistakenly thinks I'm running PowerPoint 11.0.

Thanks,
-john
