[texpoint-users] no TexPoint menu (Mac OS X, PP 2004)

Using PowerPoint 2004 for Mac Version 11.0, Mac OS X 10.4.5.

I've installed the TexPoint.ppa add-in and it shows with checkbox ticked. 
But no TexPoint menu. Tried quitting PP and starting it again but no 
change. Also tried re-installing the add-in with macro virus protection 
disabled completely in PP preferences, but it made no difference. I don't 
have any anti-virus software installed.

Any ideas?

PS I tried subscribing to the list but the auto reply from 
users-bounces at lists.texpoint.necula.org has been blocked by our anti-spam 
greylisting system. Unless that mail gets resent in the next 5 hours I'll 
never receive it. Can this be prodded?
