[texpoint-users] problem with texpoint editor (MAC/INTEL)

Hi Jean,

 Can you tell me the modifier keys you need to access these brackets on the Spanish Apple keyboard (ctrl+option??).
In the Visual Basic Forms, which we use for the editor, some special keys work differently, especially the copy, paste,
and cut command (see e.g. the FAQ), although it would be surprising if "regular" keys would not work, even more if "}"
works, but "{" doesn't. TexPoint itself has no influence on this.
My suggestion so far: try other key combinations (ctrl+option+8, option+8 etc.), switch to the US-layout (this is the
easiest way to modify the keyboard layout [and the best layout for LaTeX anyways - e.g. the German layout is quite a
pain as well for "\", "{", or "}"], see the Control Panel). It is also possible to re-map keys, but that is not so easy.
