[texpoint-users] installation problem office 2000, component not correctly registered

Hi, I have an error when installing texpoint with office 2000.
The error message says "component not correctly registered"
anti virus is off, security is set to medium, installation file at 
desktop, and i use TexPoint2000.msi
latex and the latest gs is installed, vba seems to be installed (i have 
the editor).
what did i do wrong?
